Trayvia Watson joined the National Association for Proton Therapy (NAPT) as Program Manager in February 2022 bringing with her 15+ years of experience helping organizations in the construction, electric, healthcare, and city government sectors achieve maximum potential.
Trayvia is a skilled leader and listener who cultivates relationships with diverse groups to reach collaborative goals. She has experience working with non-profit organizations, local government, and multi-member organizations, including the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (NHPCO). Trayvia excels at communication across departments and at senior executive levels and is a thought leader committed to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives and amplifying DEI knowledge.
Trayvia is a member of an Honor Society, The National Society of Collegiate Scholars at Liberty University, that recognizes and elevates high achievers. She is also a Notary Public for the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Trayvia loves working in an industry that educates, inspires, enlightens, and nurtures people of all socioeconomic backgrounds. As she continues to learn and grow, she expects to graduate with a degree in Business Administration and Communication from Liberty University in 2024.
