On Thursday, October 23, 2025, at the Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA), join us for The Power of Protons: Accelerating Access and Innovation in Cancer Care. The evening features a private screening of The Accelerator and a panel discussion with nationally recognized experts, offering insight into leading-edge treatments and the innovations that have made Jacksonville a global leader in cancer care.

Jacksonville is home to three pioneering proton therapy centers - the most of any city in the country. UF Health Proton Therapy Institute put Jacksonville on the map as one of the first centers in the country, Ackerman Cancer Center opened the first private center in the world, and Mayo Clinic Florida is leading the way with carbon ion therapy in the western hemisphere.
